"Decided to give this place a go after reading all the reviews, and was pleasantly surprised. Like many here, I agree the pizza was absolutely delish quite possibly the best takeaway pizza we've had! I also ordered a doner meat and chips and was shocked by how generous the portion was. Can't speak for the fish, but the chips were crisp and lovely. This will be my go to takeaway while in Faringdon. If you're on the fence, give it a go for sure."

Bought some fish and chips. Unfortunately the fish had no taste and chips were cold. Very disappointed and would recommend not using this fish and chip outlet. Would advise somewhere else.

Visiting Farringdon for the day on Tuesday. Decided on the lunch time special and thought it was excellent value for money. Generous amount of chips, which were cooked to order and tasty fish

Wish I’d read the reviews before, particularly the previous one. The batter was thick rubbery, never experienced batter like this. Like the previous review peeled back the batter to just eat the fish. Chips ok

We usually order pizzas and sausage and chips, and these are all very nice! Not perhaps very healthy, but the pizzas are delicious deep pan and the vegetarian pizza has fantastic, plentiful toppings and all have lots of cheese. Very tasty!

First time trying this place since we moved to Faringdon and wish we never had. Got food poisoning from battered sausages, tasted weird while eating, not sure it was all sausage. Think it must have been there a while. Never going here again!

I tried this fish and chip shop a while ago and was disgusted at the food quality, chips soggy, and fish the same. Decide to give it another go, this time even worse. Will now certainly avoid this place, there are others far superior to this establishment.

Ordered on their app for home delivery. Chicken burger and chips were stone cold. Chicken goujons were warmer but greasy and overcooked. Just inedible. Took 90 minutes to be delivered. Only the bottle of Pepsi Max was useable. Binned everything else. Never again. Awful.

This was the worse take away fish and chips any where in the last 30 years. No salt and vinegar, soggy batter too thick couldn't find the fish even the cat turned up his nose at it. I have an upset stomach as a result. I wouldn't recommend my family or friends to eat here.

Wouldn't normally bother with this but having sampled the Rainbow's fish chips today I can honestly say they are the worst I have ever tasted. Absolutely horrible. Soggy greasy chips that were under cooked over cooked fish, coated in the most appalling excuse for batter. Don't know what it was made of but tasted like soggy plastic. Don't go there!!!
