"We had made reservations through open table for The Snow Goose. The hostess said she did not have our reservation I showed her the confirmation she said doesn't matter, I don't have them and we are full. You can sit on the other side of the dining area and you order from the bar. Since we were tourists with no other dinner plans we decided to stay and do that. We sat at a table as she said, reviewed the menu, made our selections and went to the bar to place our order. After waiting for 10 mins or so someone told her we were waiting to order and she reluctantly came over to us. She asked us what our table number was no where on the table I saw a table number and she hadn't instructed us to gain one so she said go find your number and come back poof she left us there gaping so we went to the table, gathered our things and left. So because of her very poor attitude and severe lack of customer service, we had to go find another location for dinner, that was so unnecessary. I hope she was only having a bad day and took it out on us and doesn't treat all of the guests that way visiting Scotland everyone except this woman were so kind and helpful."

Good portion size and value got money. The food was a little over seasoned for my liking but kids would love it. Dogs are welcome here.

Although this visit was not good, we were often when it was good. there was a considerable lack of menu elements available, and they were very short employees. the staff were very friendly and tried their best with little resources in a busy restaurant.

Really lovely waitress and they catered for my food allergies well. However...although what I had was safe to eat, it was entirely tasteless and really expensive for what I was given. My partner had a lovely meal though and they had a great range of drinks.

The Sunday Roast at this restaurant is a must-try! Be sure to arrive early to enjoy all the delicious homemade gravy you can pour over it. The fudge pudding is perfectly salted and a must-have. The sauces were on point, and the roast pork belly was a standout dish. The table service from Tom was excellent. We left the Inn feeling satisfied and rolled out into the carpark. The food at this restaurant was incredible. It is definitely worth the money, so make sure to visit when in Inverness. We made a last-minute reservation and the staff didn't realize the kitchen closes at 8:45pm (no more food orders after this time), but they were understanding and made an exception for us when we arrived at 8:47pm. We were still served delicious, high-quality food without any shortcuts taken.

do not live in inverness, so only in every month or two. the same super waitress as we had before. beautiful posture and large, insurgent service. low point: arrive at a cold damp night, consciously 20 minutes early and pressed by the 'man behind the bar' to go directly to our table if I wanted only an aperitif before the fire. we sat before the fire, but did not feel that this was welcomed. if it had been my first visit, I would doubt if I had gone back.

This restaurant has a very cozy atmosphere and is dog-friendly. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The seating area is spacious and comfortable, creating a very relaxing vibe. They even provide water dishes and a wide variety of treats for dogs. It's recommended to make a reservation in advance, as there are limited tables for customers with dogs and they can get busy at certain times. The restaurant is accessible for people with disabilities and has a large parking area. If the weather is nice, you can also dine outside. Visualizza piatti

Popped in for an early lunch after a Saturday morning shopping and it was nice and quiet Service was great from the waiting staff but for some reason the manager was having a little tizzy and was stomping around grumping at everyone....most unprofessional! The food was excellent, i had the sea bass and my other half had the gammon....i forgot to take photos i was so hungry! Dessert was a delicious mini brulee and espresso and himself had a chocolate honey pot which was like a little easter egg ...beautifully presented! A very pleasant meal.

obviously on a learning curve with new management. table for seven people booked, but when we arrived, the administration had reserved only one table for four people. they put two tables together, but one was higher than the other, which led to the people in the “means” of the tables having to move to one side to eat their meal times and the people who had sitting facing the window without satisfactory light, in which their meal times to eat and read the menus, the burgers never came to me without wobbling rings, which is a small detail on the plus side were two of the waitresses that have been there for some time again! I told one of them.

"Oh, what a day we had at The White House for my auntie’s 88th! It was pure magic, right from the off. The team there couldn’t have been more welcoming, making us all feel right at home in the heart of Scotland. Now, let’s gab about the food it was out of this world! We started with gluten free fish n chips, and let me tell you, it was as good as any chippy by the sea – crispy, golden, and just packed with flavor. The venison steak and beef short rib? Cooked just how you’d want them, tender and full of taste. The gluten free burgers were a hit too, so juicy and well seasoned. For pudding, we had these scoops of ice cream, smooth as you like, and an apple crunch cheesecake that was simply to die for. But it was our server, Anastasia, who really made our day. She was a wee star – always there with a smile, quick with a recommendation, and knew her menu inside out. I barely noticed our water bottle was empty, and whoosh, there she was with a full one. That’s service for you! The atmosphere in The White House was just as warm and inviting as you’d hope for. It felt like sitting in a cosy wee pub in the Highlands, with all the charm and friendliness you’d expect. So, if you’re ever in the mood for a meal that’s as satisfying as a wee dram on a cold night, head to The White House. It’s not just eating; it’s a proper Scottish experience, full of heart and soul"
