A very popular spot on a warm afternoon and evening! The walls are filled with memories, and the staff is friendly despite being clearly busy. The food from the kitchen is excellent, and there’s good beer available too. What’s not to like? Thank you!

This restaurant adheres to COVID guidelines effectively. The staff is courteous and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. It's a dog-friendly pub, conveniently located in the city square, allowing patrons to enjoy outdoor seating with their dogs on lovely days. The prices for alcohol are reasonable as well.

I recently visited this restaurant for lunch twice. On both occasions, it wasn't busy at all, and while the service was efficient, friendly, and quick, it took a long time for the food to be delivered from the kitchen. For instance, I waited 35 minutes for a pizza. The food was delightful once it arrived, but I wouldn't recommend this place if you're in a hurry.

I had a fantastic Sunday roast lunch with generous portions of meat. However, I did have a couple of concerns. The cauliflower cheese was not very cheesy and had too many stalks, which was disappointing. Additionally, the various sauces could benefit from labels to make it easier to identify them. Aside from those issues, it was an excellent carvery experience overall.

When you visit the pub, you'll notice that your gaze is drawn in every direction. The walls are adorned from floor to ceiling with a variety of pictures, ornaments, and knick-knacks; you could spend all day there and still not see everything. The pub is located next to a spot where, as I mentioned, musicians occasionally show up to play a tune or two. The food is delicious, and the portions are generous. I would definitely recommend starting with the rack of ribs for the main course (it’s ample enough for two), along with the filou garnished with a sweet chili dip or the soup of the day.

In a time when numerous chains are transforming traditional pubs into trendy spots, it’s a pleasure to discover one that truly reflects the owners' vision. The place has been crafted with care and pride, and the exceptional service and delicious food complement that atmosphere perfectly. Despite our visit being during a quiet lunch hour, the venue still exuded a vibrant ambiance, giving a hint of the lively atmosphere it must have when bustling with patrons. We sincerely hope it retains its charm. Although we aren't locals, we will certainly make a point to return whenever we are in the area.

I enjoyed a delightful lunch here with my sister and brother-in-law over the weekend. After reading the reviews, I decided to make a reservation. The staff were all very friendly, and there was a great selection of drinks available. The food was outstanding. We kicked off our meal with chicken strips and calamari, both served piping hot and absolutely delicious. For our main courses, we chose lasagne, fish pie, and the pie of the day—each one was delicious, served hot, and offered generous portions. The prices were quite reasonable as well. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 5 out of 5.

We were invited out for a gathering of friends to have a little shindig for Christmas tonight. We had never visited the Three Little Pigs before and it's quite an experience! An amazingly eclectic collection of haberdashery all around the place. Plenty of friendly and well trained staff on to cater for the customers, no queues at the bar and the carvery line was well monitored too make sure that you weren't standing waiting in a massive line. The food was of really good quality and their allergen knowledge seemed really good too. If the young waitress wasn't sure, she went straight to the kitchen to find out for us. The food was lovely and we were not rushed or pushed for extras. All in all...
