"We were recommended to this restaurant by the owner of Croyden Hall and we were extremely happy with the service, tasty local beers, and the food. My steak was exceptional and the fries were top-notch. The atmosphere was very friendly, resembling a cozy country pub where dogs are welcomed. We were delighted that we decided to dine here!"

Wow! What an amazing meal we had at the Valiant Solider. We were recommended this place from our accommodation nearby Croydon Hall. Massive portions, all homemade, fresh and delicious. Lovely friendly staff too. Had a real local feel. Highly recommend!!
