"This is our third visit and there is no denying, The Kings Arms truly delivers quality fresh home cooked food with impeccable service with a smile and the warmest of welcomes. The three cheese souffle has to be one of the best ever tasted, and the Beef and Red wine pie is up there with the very best!!! The homemade soup (today tomato and basil) was full of flavour and filling. The main course of Cajun salmon was seasoned perfectly, unfortunately I was unwell so couldn't do it the justice it so deserved. I've had puddings here before, and the crumble is as good as my mom's and she makes a crumble to die for. With 2 courses at £12.95 and 3 courses at £16.95 you can lunch at The Kings Arms and enjoy the finest and freshest food at an extremely low price. We have yet to sample the a la carte menu, we know we won't be disappointed"

"Was very disappointed with the service I received. There was a man with glasses and the way he looked at me and spoke to me was very poor . I had sports ware on as I had just finished the gym and I feel he was rude because he was looking down on me . The food was nothing like it normally was and he said he cooked it this could of been the reason . I had been there 3 times and thought it could be a regular spot . Noway now he really made me feel uncomfortable when I wanted to grab a quick takeaway and have a beer as I wait for my food . As long as he is working there I will not be back ."

"I absolutely agree with Kelly who posted a review earlier the same happened to us we walked in and five or six young members of staff stood looking at us , felt like we shouldn’t be there , no one spoke ,to us no good morning , can I help you ,we have r been before and didn’t know anything , had to ask can we order something , when I asked if they could pop the sausage rolls in a micro for a few seconds I got a um um yes we ordered and payed and sat down ,the service very slow no customer chat , we ate our food which was very nice ,but we didn’t get the tea,after a while I asked a girl if our t was coming she said yes I will get it ,10 mins later asked a different girl who said it was coming ,then eventually the tea appeared, we finished out tea and left , to be stopped at the door and told you havnt paid for your tea ,so I said I paid the amount you asked for , she said you didn’t order tea , I told her I had ,we wouldn’t have food without a drink ,she said well I didn’t hear you and can u pay ,which of course I did ,usually these little farms and cafes are very friendly , think you need a supervisor to Organise the running and service of the cafe"

"This pub is situated a fair drive from the local towns of Bournemouth and Poole, and is probably not worth driving to; however, if you are in the area or passing through, then it is definitely worth checking out. There are a few items on the menu that we thought were a little bit plain or uninspiring (Chilli, Potato and Lentil Cakes, and the Hazelnut and Cranberry Roast), but other items really did hit the spot (Vegetable Bruschetta and the Spinach and Butternut Squash Linguine). The side salad that is served with the majority of the main courses is simply a handfull of slady bits without dressing, which did not impress at all. Finaly, the deserts look interesting, and our chocolate cake with custard was well presented and tasty. We liked the vegan chocolate we received after our meal, and the idea of a liquor coffee with soya cream was very tempting."

"2 x Great meals Salmon Shashlik and King Prawn Koria. The salmon was cooked to perfection, huge chunks of marinated salmon tandoori cooked with peppers and onions plus salad and sauce. Soooooo good. King Prawn Koria, large prawns nice warm sauce that doesn't over power the prawns. Super friendly service. Take your own choice of alcohol. Great night. Service: Dine in"
