"I needed somewhere to stay for 2 nights B B, this was close to where I needed to be, at the last minute I had to extend my stay, booked online for the extra night, no problem. Reception made sure I kept my room so I didn't have to move. My room was a decent size, with all amenities I needed including a desk for my computer, the bathroom shower area were large too, clean modern. My breakfasts were cooked for me (as apposed to buffet) tasted fresh, nothing was too much trouble the staff were all very helpful friendly. I ate in the restaurant on 2 nights and ate well, good portions fresh cooked food."

We recently visited for a late lunch. What a revelation! Excellent food, service and surroundings. All at a surprisingly reasonable price. We shall be back.

We had Christmas dinner here what a friendly great pub . Great service polite staff and food was great . Seating was great not cramped together . Lovely atmosphere highly recommended.

We came today for Christmas Day lunch. It was delicious every course, staff were great and would definitely come again next year. We will visit on our usual visits throughout the year.

Haven’t been here for years, used to be good. Todays visit back was good, food very nice but dippy boys need a wake up. Disappointing that everything is with chips and peas, we would have liked some veg! Will go back but not rush to go back.

Booked 1 of the shepherds huts and wow what a lovely place to sit outside in the Hot Tub and admire the view and stars at night after a lovely late afternoon walk around the beautiful countryside just a few minutes down the road. Breakfast in the morning was delicious too

I would like to express how brilliant the staff at the White Horse were on Friday 20th October during the storm and its aftermath. Although I was unable to get accommodation due to road closure the staff went over and above looking after everyone who was there allowing people to stay with their cars in the car park. Providing food and drinks. You were brilliant. Thank you so much.

Stayed on Monday night for the first time whilst away on business in Diss and i was very pleased i chose this place. Room was lovely with everything i needed, i liked i could park my car right outside. The room was lovely and clean and i had a comfortable nights sleep. All the staff i came into contact with were excellent and very friendly. I ate in the restaurant for evening meal and breakfast, both were outstanding good portions, quality ingredients and good freshly cooked portions. I will definately be booking again for my December visit to the area !
