We came in a group of 12, 6 of those being elderly people. The service was exceptional nothing was too much trouble. The meals were excellent as were the Staff. Thank you very much.

Lovely experience from start to finish. Service was impeccable, food was all delicious and fresh and arrived swiftly. Lovely Christmas decorations and we were made to feel very welcome and looked after

Great food made better with excellent service. Shown to our table very quickly was really clean. Our waiter sam was really attentive with telling us that we can order off the festive menu even just to have 1 course which isn't stated on the menu. Sam was really smiley and always happy to help with questions i had. The food was really nice very hot, cooked to perfection and came out in a good time. 10/10 would recommend for a bite to eat in Great Glen.

Me and my boyfriend came here on the 15th for a nice meal as people was talking about here and the food. Well it was more than impressive!! We was greeted by Kath and Katey who was amazing. Lottie our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and allergies for me. We had festive menu, which is good to die for. We asked who the chef was, it was Head Chef Kyle, a huge thank you to you aswell for cooking our food. We will definitely be back soon! Thank you to the team for accommodating us

We booked for a late Sunday dinner around 6pm. The service was fine but... the roast dinner wasn't very hot at all and we politely told the waiter. He was obviously embarrassed about the cold food and offered us a free pudding. Unfortunately when billed we were charged for a pudding and had one free... this wasn't made clear originally. So overall we probably won't frequent this local restaurant and I would urge u to clarify the situation when offered compensation. Such a shame as we just wanted a nice meal out. Visualizza piatti

A very warm welcome as my daughter took me for a pre Christmas dinner. Unfortunately the food didn’t match the welcome. My sirloin steak was tough, fatty and gristly. The owner immediately replaced it and I selected the steak and ale pie which my daughter had selected. However my daughter admitted the pie was poor, hard pastry, virtually no filling, lots of fat and dried up mash. I found my meal exactly as bad and after picking at the vegetables we decided to give in and go home. Probably the worst meal I have had in years. They need a pastry chef and more good quality filling for the pie.

Was told about this from a friend who said the roast were amazing. She was not wrong. I had the beef which was really nice and juicy my friend had the turkey and said the exact same thing. Which is rare to have turkey that isn’t dry during busy hour of service. We were looked after by Sam who was incredible really accommodating always smiling he really made the experience better. He also recommended the cheesecake and the chocolate orange tart off the Christmas menu which were both absolutely phenomenal. Would 100% recommend but would suggest you book in advance as it was really busy. Will be back soon.

Our family, who meet every year, rather than buy presents for each other, had our Christmas meal today, I have to say, that all the meals were ok, with exception of the traditional Christmas Turkey diner, to say it was poor would be an understatement, it was quite clearly a meal that was stored under a meal warmer for quite some time, considering this was booked months before, and they knew how many and when, it was cold, the meat was curled up, soggy old carrots, Brussels that were disgusting, and the gravy came 15 minutes after the dish , when I spoke to a lady, who I assumed was the land lady? She said, we serve hundreds with this meal? …….. well, can I suggest she tries eating out to com... Visualizza piatti
