"We did book and timed it just right as it became very busy with long queue for the carvery shortly after we got ours. Choice of beef. Gammon. Turkey. Pork. You get enough meat but not loads. You help yourself to vegetables and can have as many as you want and go back for more. Lots of nice vegetables to choose from with most of them being fresh not frozen we had a very nice waitress Eden. We will be going back"

Food adequate, service slow, waitress forgot us twice. Took a birthday cake with us. Had to take it home as she kept forgetting even after numerous reminders.

This restaurant was amazing, the staff were very friendly and welcoming and it was an amazing atmosphere. The food was great and the carver was very polite and helpful especially with telling me what my daughter with allergies could eat and even offered to steam her some fresh veg with nothing else on it. Really impressed with the service.

We were seated in a draughty alcove where the waitress seemed to have forgotten we were there which spoilt the visit. We were going to order desserts but due to virtually no waitress service we decided to call it a day after our carvery meal. I must say though, the food we did get was delicious and hot, with plenty of it. Next time we go I will make sure we are seated in a better area.
