One of the best Parisian restaurant offering Japanese food! The miso soup is deliciously scented, very tasteful. Pikes perfectly cooked and seasoned. Tartar is accompanied by a good gluing rice. The service is discreet and attentive. Thank you!

Once I saw Teriyaki chicken on the menu, I had to give Tokugawa a try. While not grilled, as usual in the USA (was similar to Katsu prepared), it was still quite delicious...it has for dinner two nights in a row! My mother had the Yakisoba one night and the Udon the next, both were also delicious. The prices were reasonable and the staff friendly.
