"This restaurant is NOT in a touristy area - it is in a nice quiet neighborhood. We found this place the other day when we were walking around the area. We stopped in for lunch and had a great lunch. We decided to go back tonight for Dinner. We were NOT disappointed. I believe all the waiters are Italian and I think we saw the Italian chef walking around greeting everyone. Both times we went with our 1 year old Grandson. The restaurant was very kid friendly. Our grandson was very good but we found everyone in the restaurant friendly. The food at this restaurant is very good, the restaurant has a nice atmosphere as well."

The restaurant is really always hitting it on the spot for a nice evening. It's not too posh or fancy, yet serves great food and has a good atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit.

Quite elegant although served by unpleasant waiters this trattoria is Italian despite the Teutonic name. The beef wagyu was more expensive than tasty. The price of San Pellegrino water will give you the feeling you drink Champagne. This is the choice of living healthy.

Excellent Italian restaurant in Munich. We had mixed salads with home made salad dressing. Pasta was excellent. We had amatriciana, linguine with scampi, pasta with truffles. Dessert was also top. Service was refreshing and very friendly. Also kids were welcomed. Highly recommended.

My family and I visited this restaurant twice during our stay in Munich. Food is delicious and staff is wonderful especially Mauro! Quality ingredients prepared with care served professionally. It is a .5 mile away from tourist packed town center tucked in a very nice Lehel neighborhood.

Perhaps my third visit in so many years, was disappointing. Food was good but nothing outstanding. Service was O.k but not as it had previously been. Food and especially wine and agua are way overpriced. This led to a 2 course meal being about 60 Euros per person.Too bad and too much. Outdoor terrace is welcome on a hot day.

Our party of four agreed all the hors d'oeuvres, main courses and desserts were excellent, as was the recommended red wine, a Manieri Barbera d'Asti 2010, winner of many gold medals and priced at a decent EUR 35.The atmosphere is cozy and the waiters are attentive without being obtrusive.The pheasant was tasty and the portion exceptionally large.
