"made here this afternoon. waiting for eating has actually taken 50 minutes. actually, the break around when the food was there for the colleagues, mine was missing. I've been forgotten to make mine. can happen, however then not to inform the customers, clearly to say sorry was forgotten but only to say lapidar that is coming to eat is simply not right. the view of the steps we had and the discussion with the kitchen from there clearly showed that it was forgotten. It is also bad that after 10 minutes the forgotten food has been prepared, however, for the others on the table needs 50 minutes. the service is sometimes reworked. In the past, you have asked at least for a reason whether you want a coffee on the house or something."

"Wir waren zu 6. Im RuYi zu meinem Geburtstag essen. Ich hatte Pekingente bestellt, leider ist die Bestellung unter gegangen, so dass wir auf die normale Karte ausgewichen sind. Das Essen war wirklich gut, als Entschuldigung für die untergegangene Bestellung habe ich eine Flasche Wein bekommen. Geburtstagsrabatt wurde mir nicht angeboten, obwohl im Lokal so geworben wurde. Wobei ich auch nicht explizit gefragt hatte. Mit vielen Gratulanten und einer Happy Birthday Tasche vor mir hielt ich das nicht für notwendig. Meine Enttäuschung ist jedoch trotzdem sehr groß gewesen und konnte durch die wirklich guten Speisen zwar etwas gemindert werden und die Flasche Wein war eine nette Geste, aber gerade zum Geburtstag und als Entschuldigung hätte ich mehr erwartet."

"the holder loop is absolutely recommended. the planning of the high-time celebration by heart railways and its competent team was perfect. the celebration itself an absolute highlight. the staff is top, absolutely friendly and always accommodating. the kitchen was perfect. of all guests (more than 50 ) there was only positive feedback. it was a beautiful wedding celebration that we will always remember very, very much. many thanks again steffi"
