"The service at this restaurant was poor, the portions were small, and it was expensive for takeout! As a family of 5 adults, we were extremely disappointed. We were given a portion of salad to share, a spoonful of rice, and a tiny piece of wrap. This was not what we expected for almost £100, especially since we had to collect the food ourselves and it was lukewarm/cold. We had requested the food to be ready at a certain time, but they called half an hour earlier to say it was ready, which was incorrect. We later found out that the message was not passed on to the kitchen staff. The lamb and chicken were overcooked and dry. When we called to complain and mention that sides were missing, the person who answered dismissed our complaint and refused to acknowledge our concerns. Overall, this takeaway was not worth the price and very overpriced. The staff even requested pictures to prove our experience, so here they are..."

This was my first time dining here and I was extremely impressed with the beautifully cooked food and prompt service. The manager, Tango Mango, was a wonderful host. I definitely recommend this restaurant!

In our first visit, we waited an hour for our order even though it wasn’t busy but they just said they’re understaffed! The manager apologised for the very slow service and offered us a free yogurt salad. We visited it again but we told the receptionist that we can’t wait for an hour for the food to be served so the food came surprisingly fast but it turned out to be reheated! It tasted like plastic literally. I won’t be going to this restaurant ever again.

The food at this restaurant is absolutely fantastic. We usually get takeaways from here but decided to dine in this time. We ordered a Mezze platter with a variety of sides, although we found that we could have used more bread to go with it. The mains were also delicious, although the cheese in the yogurtlu kebab was a bit overpowering. The prices are a bit on the high side compared to other Turkish restaurants in Birmingham, but the taste and quality make it worth it. I can't wait to visit again and try more of their dishes. On a recent visit, we tried the falafels and they were amazing. This place is definitely a favorite.

The prices do not match the amount of food you receive. The quality of the meal was disappointing and the service was subpar. Our meals were incomplete, with missing sides and cold food.
