"The food itself is always great and the price is always fair , portion sizes are massive and the food is always hot . But the staff and owners have no loyalty to customers , I am a regular customer , sometimes buy 2+ times a week (same meal each time) , I live in the same postcode grid as the chippy but sometimes cannot get out due to small children being in bed, I regularly ring for food after everyone is settled usually around 8-9 , many times now I have called the chippy for delivery and been told no delivery’s only pick up, baring in mind it doesn’t close untill 10pm. As a regular customer I sometimes feel that I am Not valued and appreciated as I feel that my location and the frequency Of my visits should be taken into consideration when I try and place an order . The lady is quite rude on the phone and doesn’t show any compassion or understanding. The chippy clearly does well and doesn’t need my orders, their attitude reflects that I just feel that they could improve their customer service . Usual waiting time for delivery is 1.5 hours I Assume two dragons know who I am . Would deserve more stars if staff shown a little appreciation and customer service skills."

Singapore Chow Mein, salt and pepper chicken balls and Thai roast chicken, generous portions, very tasty and fresh. Really enjoyed the meal. Very good value.

Excellent food ! First delivery takeaway and couldn’t fault it ! Loads of meat in the Special Fried Rice ! Salt and Pepper chips amazing ! Definitely order again ! Quick service too ! Best Chinese had in a long time

the law says you charge 5p for plastic bags if you have 250+employees , you would think that with all those employees [since they charge for plastic bags] you would get amazing food . It's Ok , an average Chinese takeaway with a yen to profit on plastic bags

Ordered 3 meals one was a fried rice meal, one was with fried rice, the fried rice was not nice, it was mushy and not what was expected, disappointing especially as Two Dragons had been recommended. The third meal was ok came with chips which were rather hard. Don't think will be ordering again in a hurry. Visualizza piatti

I am writing this review because of the interaction with the staff at 2 Dragons. This Chinese restaurant has been our go-to spot for a while now and the food used to be excellent. Unfortunately, during our last visit, two of the dishes were so bad that we couldn't even eat them and had to be discarded. When we brought this up to the staff at 2 Dragons, their response was that they would notify their meat supplier. From a customer service standpoint, this is not satisfactory.

We have ordered food from this restaurant three times now, and each time has been absolutely amazing. However, we have to give it a low score because the delivery times have been extremely long. We had to wait over 2 hours for the first delivery, 2 hours and 40 minutes for the second, and nearly an hour for our collection order even after being told it was ready in 30 minutes. Despite the fact that this restaurant probably has one of the best tasting Chinese takeaways in the area, the long waiting times will likely prevent us from ordering again.
