"I have been eating in this particular restaurant many times. Food is mostly quite good (although I'm not very sure about its quality), the biggest problem seems to be the attitude of the staff. It completely kills the mood and experience. The staff is very impatient, almost rude and not nice/friendly at all. I'm almost always very disappointed about this particular issue and after yet another bad experience recently not planning to go back there anytime soon. I do not want to feel like I'm bothering someone when I'm ordering my food while being perfectly nice."

very bad that they have to pay 3,99€ shipping costs now and the delivery comes too late every time! always min. 20 minutes too late. last week we waited 2 hours for our lunch!

have ordered food for my colleague and me (pasta gorgonzola and lasagne). my lasagne was a single catastrophe. tasteless and the cheese layer was a tasteless piece of rubber super tough but delivery time top!

The cook/waiter didn’t speak english (whether incapable or unwilling, I don’t know), subsequently got overcharged 5e for an ice tea I never got (I just assumed he didn’t order it until I saw the bill), and got a nasty look when I asked for vegan cheese. The food was good though.

Habe hier eine Pizza gegessen. War sehr zufrieden die Frische und vorallem der Geschmack, man schmeckt die frischen Gewürze und Tomaten richtig! Der Service und das Personal auch sehr lobenswert. Und das Restaurant an sich auch sehr modern und gemütlich. Alles in allem ein super Restaurant, wo man gerne essen hingeht.

Super schönes Restaurant und das Essen war auch sehr gut und von hoher Qualität. Vor allem für Pasta und Pizza Liebhaber ist das Restaurant perfekt. Wie in allen Vapianos muss man direkt bei den Köchen bestellen wo das essen dann auch sofort frisch zubereitet wird. Besonders sind auch die Hauseigenen Getränke die alle wirklich sehr gut schmecken und man sollte sie wirklich einmal probieren. Allgemein die Bedienung und die Köche sind sehr nett. Also auf jedenfall eine Empfehlung!
