"We travel often throughout Europe with our dog. This is the very first hotel we stayed at where she didn't find someone or something to bark at in the middle of the night or early in the morning. She definitely heard the patio umbrellas being set up at 6AM or whenever (woke me up to alert me , but amazingly didn't bark or growl once! She had a very warm and friendly greeting when we first arrived, and felt right at home ever since! We also had an excellent stay cool, fresh air at night (and not a sound to disturb us! ; hot and sunny in the day. Lovely, happy staff. Simple, tasty breakfast. We will certainly return (unfortunately they are already booked up for Nationaltag, 1 Aug. Apparently a nice and quiet place for doggies to take refuge from heat and fireworks . Next year!"

Our room has a fabulous view. Frendly greeting clean, big badroom nice hot shower. We had a very good dinner they even cooked something for us wich is not on the menu

Hotel is perfect: style, interior, bedding, smiling and helpfull staff. But breakfast was null: nothing too eat, charcuterie hard even to cut, some meat exposed to the sun for hours and stinking by the end of the breakfast.

Sehr zuvorkommender, aufmerksamer Service. Sehr Kinderfreundlich. Das Essen war perfekt. Das haben wir so schon lange nicht mehr erlebt. Wir werden beim nächsten Aufenthalt in der Riederalp gerne wieder einkehren. Besten Dank.

We had such a lovely stay here. The staff are so friendly. A real family atmosphere. Useful transfer of belongings to and from the gondola. Ski and boot room etc. good breakfast and the dinners were lovely. Thanks for a great stay.

Wer das Wallis erleben möchte tut sich gut den walliser psyched zu besuchen: wir hatten Poulet mit Gemüse und Nüsslisalat mit Ei. Sehr schmackhaft und eben bodenständig. Sehr freundlicher Service; mit traditionellen Ambiente eingerichtet.

Wir waren Geschäftlich auf der Riederalp. Wir assen 4mal in diesem Restaurant. Am Dienstag haben sie Racclett Abend. Es lohnt sich hier zu essen, das Personal ist freundlich und das essen gut. Die Preise sind für diesen Standort sehr fair.

Excellent welcome on arrival, room surprisingly special. Good restaurant with some veg options. Good breakfast. Easy to get first from the ski slopes, but OK by skiing in front of the Viva Bar. And a flat snowy way to connect to the ski lift.
