Wingertsknorze is a wine tavern where they also serve proper food. It is quite rare to find this kind of place with real vegan options. So I was positively surprised that they had two vegan main dishes. One was a savoury pancake filled with vegetables, and the other one a roulade made of savoy cabbage stuffed with a puree of red lentils and accompanied with sweet potato mash. Both options come with a salad. I had the roulade and loved every bite of it. It was very tasty and well-seasoned. The only “negative” thing I could say is that portions are not very big (and more options/a vegan dessert would be nice, too... .
