We are amateur of good cuisine and we can say that is the best restaurant we ever done in Nuernberg. The cuisine is very fine and plenty of savours. With their Wein Menu, you have the chance to test a different wine with each of...your dishes. It is of course a little bit pricy but overall, it is a fantastic experience.

as solemnities with my partner and it was absolutely fantastic. we had the 6 cursor tasting menu with wine pairing. it was delicious and the wine that accompanied the food was perfect. the food came excellently crashed and we ended. there were 4 hours that passed and we were not rushed at all. they want to know how often they update the tasting menu as we want to come back and try more!

I love place with simple and refined decor. the personal was excellent and the presentation of the boards was impeccable. but, like any tasting menu in this type of restaurants, which was part of only one bit. we had the 5 course menu that they. with crying to extra cost, and the only one standing was a delay from one curs to another, more than 45 minutes. they would not expect, even because the restaurant was not so busy. if you want to impress someone with a small appetit, it is the right place to be.

We were for an exhibition in Nürnberg and were going to eat with clients. Originally we were 7, we arrived as a group of 8 people. I wanted something else and found this restaurant through Michelin and it also had good reviews on Tripadvisor. So...1 person extra was no problem, they moved us to a separate room with a big table (suitable for meetings because there was a beamer on the ceiling) where we also enjoyed some privacy. The two menus were somewhat confusing for everybody (they thought they had to chose 1 or 2) so I asked the owner to explain that you could just pick a dish or two, three, whatever. So, service excellent. Food excellent. Entourage very stylish and yet not overdone. Wine...

this time my birthday! wonka has not disappointed; if at all, it was even better if that is possible. we had the land flow sea option again, this time with 5 curses and no wine matching. Instead we had an amazing 2009 au bon Climat for the wein...Barham mendelsohn (Russian flow.) it went perfectly well with each cure, not dessert, but then we do not drink wein with dessert, even sweet wein. our courses: 2 amuse bouche; 1. curs duck breast (2 rare slices,) rose cabbage leaves braided with hot foam. 2. scallop with crispy, artichoke heart, roasted pfeffer with a wonderful earthy sauce. 3. curs cod filet on the top of the bark cheek discs on a bed of lenses. 4. curs venison two very generous sl...

I'm so glad we happened to dine here for my husband's birthday this is the type of fine dining restaurant we've been missing since we moved here from northern California. Service is top notch, the ambiance is warm and quiet without being stuffy, and...the food and wine list out of this world. After asking about portion sizes and being assured they weren't excessively big, we chose the 6 course menu with wine matching. We started with the house aperitif, a Riesling Sekt with house made thyme essence subtle and delicious.
