"However, not all restaurants use powders and artificial colorings in their dishes. Pundits Fusion in Upton-Upon-Severn is one such restaurant that prides itself on using fresh ingredients and seasonings in their cooking. I have been a fan of Pundits Fusion for over 10 years, as the owner, Sultan, knows how to take care of his customers and make everyone feel welcome. When I recently visited Pundits Fusion with some friends, we were greeted warmly by Sultan and treated to a delicious meal. We started with fish kebabs made with knife fish imported from Bangladesh and flavorful lamb samosas. For our main course, we enjoyed a variety of dishes including king prawn dansak, lamb rogan josh, mixed mishty, and tandoori chicken. The food was excellent, and we could see why Pundits Fusion has such a loyal following in the community. Sultan and his team have created a restaurant that goes beyond just serving food - it is a place where friends gather to enjoy delicious meals and good company. We left with full bellies and happy hearts, grateful for the wonderful experience at Pundits Fusion."

"Decided to stop by Thrishna while on our way back from Tewkesbury to Worcester. I am yet to have a bad meal here. The flavours of the food are fantastic and far better than anything I have tried from the Worcester restaurants. Amazing selection of dishes to choose from which will suit any taste. Staff are brilliant and always welcoming when you come in. They can’t do enough to please you. We have made the choice to not bother with any other Indian or Bangladeshi restaurant in Worcester and just do the 20 mile round trip for the best in Worcestershire in the future."

"I have awarded 4 stars not because of food and service but because parking near to the restaurant is difficult , step flight of stairs leading upto the restaurant and doubtful wheelchair access. Restaurant has an excellent view over the river , is austere in design but nice tables and chairs with plenty of room . In nice weather enjoyable to sit out on the balcony. Bar service. Service good , cheerful, efficient and polite. Excellent selection of tapas which meant that the 4 of us were able to chose dishes to suit ourselves . I enjoyed the mushrooms and beef the best but the lamb koftas and salad were also liked by the others. Liked the way the tapas dishes were timed to arrive as you ate your way through the meal."

"A nice location with a large beer garden but made less attractive by the number of uncleared tables. Friendly welcome. A poorly lighted, small room overlooking the car park, with an extremely uncomfortable mattress, a shower that fell apart when we tried to use it, and a tv that switched itself on spontaneously at 6am. Noisy, crowded, popular dining areas with friendly staff but some unspecified blunder between server and kitchen meant our risotto didn’t appear for more than an hour. While waiting we were entertained by overly loud ‘background’ music. To be fair, the price of the meal was discounted to compensate for the long delay. The Swan is memorable for all the wrong reasons."

"My wife and I have three children and get out to dinner about three times per year. So when we go out a good experience is so important for us. The food at the Boathouse is really good. Perfectly cooked dishes using lovely ingredients and just the right amount of food per racion. Other features that really made our night were: We had a really excellent waitress, she was attentive but not pushy and we felt like she really cared about her job. She knew about the food too. Boathouse have spread out their tables upstairs so that you aren’t packed in and can have an intimate dining experience, not feeling squeezed up against other couples. So it almost feels like private dining. We have eaten Tapas all over the country and have only eaten better food once in a very expensive place in Fulham, London. Go to Boathouse, you won’t regret it. We will be back to the more informal downstairs cafe with our children very soon."
