"ALLERGY WARNING, I ordered cashew nut chicken but they used PEANUTS instead without asking. I was a regular customer and for years I pushed aside negative experiences because the food is decent, but this was by far my worst experience. I ordered a take away and the food wasn't ready at the time stated. I had to wait over half an hour in the restaurant, might as well of dined in. They showed me my order in the restaurant which looked fine, but when I got home there were two portions of chicken and no mushroom in the bag so there must of been some kind of mix up. They can't refund online orders even though it was their mistake, and the driver was unavailable to deliver my correct order. They don't care about providing a good service. I tried to ring them and let them know about the peanuts, but the lady who answered was rather obnoxious and showed a lack of concern over a serious health and safety issue which is worrying. Not to mention a complete disregard that what I received was not what I paid for. She said the manager is too busy to answer the phone but didn't actually check. She did say they would call back, still waiting. Other reviews say they ignore the phone when they know they've messed up, I wish I would of trusted them before ordering. It seems like they don't care about customers experiences. I don't recommend this place simply because I believe actions reveal the character and if they are putting customers lives at risk then who knows what else they could do!"

First time visiting zen Buddha, although we have had take aways before. Really lovely food all prepared to order. It really was delicious. Thank you, we will definitely be back. So nice for the vegans in our party to have such choice

Delightful Vegan Chinese restaurant in Edgware, great service and delicious food as well as good selection of drinks. I would recommend the Vegan Crispy Chicken skewers to start they were divine. Good atmosphere and family run would definitely recommend and we will back.

We’ve been going to this restaurant for some years now, the food is excellent, the staff are always pleasant. Service can be a little slow at times, but that’s never really been a problem for us. Overall would happily recommend to anyone who enjoys authentic Chinese vegan/vegetarian food

Wow! What a wonderful surprise. Friendly staff, nice vibe but more importantly, the food is delicious. We ordered the sizzling fish and lamb hot pot and they were fantastic. Excellent food, ambience and service We had the 111 veg chicken dish and beansprout noodles and schezuan tofu. Taste was really good. Also had the veg prawn crackers as well and again very tasty. Glad the noodles were thin noodles as it wasnt too heavy which you have space to try other dishes

Excellent choice, Excellent Food. We have been looking for a new Veggie Chinese place , since our regular takeaway changed their menu. We were so lucky we found Zen Buddha. The choice is amazing , and the food is fantastic. The whole family loved it. Thank you Zen Buddha. We will be coming back for more. Take Care.

Vegan chinese. They serve vegan versions of beef, chicken, and fish. I was most surprised in fish. It did feel like real fish. My daughter who does not like fish could not eat it. They have standard British Chinese fare such as beef/chicken in spring onion, black pepper sauce, soups. Nearly everything you would expect in a Chinese restaurant. All taste good. A meal for two with starters and desserts can cost upwatds of £60. So not cheap but the place provides a good experience. Service was good. Visualizza piatti

Disgusting customer service by two of the waitresses! Don't bother coming here at all, it's a complete waste of money and time with the way the staff treats you if you are going out to enjoy a meal out. Buns firstly came out stone cold in the middle and secondly the noodles came out undercooked. 20 minutes had passed at this stage and they had forgot to redo the noodles with all the other food at this point cold which would have been eaten with the noodles. Please don't waste you time going here as your evening will not be ruined by the taste of the food but the service provided.

Have been going here for 10 years however it has gone down hill. The restaurant staff know us (especially our no onion no garlic requirements). I ordered a noodle tofu soup. The tofu tasted like garlic like it had been fried in garlic some sort of cross contamination. I told the waitress, the chef came out barely letting us speaking and started shouting at us the whole restaurant went silent, he continued shouting and belittling us. Customer always comes first I have never experienced such rudeness. Will not be eating there again and have told the no OG community about cross contamination.
