This restaurants serves really good food. I know van der Valk from Holland because I'm Dutch. In Holland Van der Valk is a big name. We had dinner at ZiZou and the quality is so much better than the Dutch van der Valks. I had the carpaccio for starters with truffle dressing, fantastic! Main course was the shortrib with lobster. Great, great, great. Interior of restaurants is also very nice! Highly recommendable!

We ate a three-way menu here, this was in the arrangement we had. The privilege and main dish was really smug! Besides, we got an amuse and, of course, sandwiches with some kind of herbal warming and olive pesto. Unfortunately, the dessert fell less in the taste of the art cappuccino creme brulle and banana cake, however, flavors can be different. Serving was pretty neat and well helped. Also the amuse was explained what it was.

my mother-in-law had invited relatives and friends to the brunch on the occasion of her 90th birthday. the reception was very friendly and accommodating. the controls on the table perfectly. in the selection of the diners one had the quality of the choice. everything was excellent and tasted very good. the meat and also fish were freshly prepared. coffee, tea, juices and water are included in the price. the coffee is very good. all in all an excellent brunch that we will repeat in foreseeable time. We're a fan of the hotel, the brass and the hotel bar, all very good quality/quality relationship. The restaurant fell badly on that one this time. It's relatively expensive, and the quality was moderate. We'd taken the chateaubriand. The top dish on the card and specifically asked to serve this red. It came grey and tacky.
