Menu with variations on traditional dishes and with some excursus outside the region (for example the ca muddica spaghetti, typically Sicilian; tried and found it to be very good, even if cooked a little more for my tastes). The desserts could be improved, a little too obvious (the inevitable cheesecake that has now invaded all the places, a lemon sorbet that was a little too liquid).
