The good of javier, in the absence of a gastronomic gift, invited us to begin the evening with two incomings. first, a fresh watermelon gazpacho, with which the beginning was rolled and full of illusion. The second was much more special, not only for the unexpected surprise, but for the dimension of the dish: marinated in red tuna, vinegar of peppers and tomato caramel. the detail of javier was to remember. He knew that he was one of so many star dishes and he wanted us to have the pleasure of taste them.Thank you, Javier.We continued with another marine treasure, of an unbeatable visual aspect: sealed bass with caviar vinegar of orths and oyster sauce. on this dish leaves its asturian javier seal. the oricios, sea urchins, are an authentic gastronomic institution in the Principality. Lovely Dinner. Food is regional and all the dishes fit wonderful. Menu is small, but really good. Our host explained the menu to us and did a great job. Leave space for the dessert. Definitely one of the best addresses in Lanzarote. Hints: It is a bit difficult to find and you should have a reservation. It is really small. As all the dishes are created with good food and time, prices are a bit higher as in other locations. But, it is definitely not overpriced it is worth the money.

As soon as you walk in the door you know you have come somewhere special to eat. The decor and artwork give the restaurant an ambience which is relaxing and calming. The food is absolutely fabulous contemporary Spanish you might say and beautifully presented. The flavour combinations are sensational. If you do not believe me try the prawn, prune and bacon brochettes with pasta and a lovely creamy sauce. I had the fillet steak with a blue cheese sauce as a main which was cooked to perfection. I cannot remember the last time I eat a whole portion of fillet steak but this was so good I just had to eat every last piece. My wife had the cherne which came with a cauliflower sauce. She's not normal...
