"This was our first dinner at this wonderful restaurant in the Durlach section of Karlsruhe. We had 4 adults and 2 young children. We enjoyed the Jågerschnitzel with mushrooms and Spåtzle. We had a choice of 3 sizes: small, normal and Mega.. we all opted for the small. It was a large portion and was enough for each of us. It also included a salad bar. Charge for this was 10.1€. We thought this was a good value. We also had the beer brewed at the restaurant.. excellant.We had not heard of this restaurant and had stopped in only because we couldn't get a table at some of the other restaurants. We very happy with this restaurant. The service was great also."

We came here for dinner on a Sunday, 5:30pm, so to be home on time to put our two-year old to bed. Few tables were there when we arrive and the place got busier and busier. After one hour and tables around us having received their food already, we were still waiting for ours. To then find out that they forgot to pass our order to the kitchen. Without any “sorry”, anything we can get your hungry kid, they passed on the information as if it was our own fault. Never ever will I go back there, such unfriendly and unprofessional staff!
