Actually, a great ambience unfortunately we did not have the best service power. A little vocabulary and seemingly inexperienced with their electronic helper. Somehow you didn't feel so welcome. Even when eating, performance was not so true. The mayor's piece should be a beef fillet where I had my doubts, or the cut was not worked so carefully. It shouldn't be, in parts, covered with tendons. But what was edible was very delicious. The conclusion is, I wouldn't order it there again. Also, I would not order a beef shop there, because the size of the Roulade (at my table neighbour) looked more like a children's version. Too bad they had higher expectations due to positive experiences.

Nachdem wir das erste mal Anfang Oktober Abend gegessen hatten und sehr angetan von Lokation Essen waren, wollten wir es ein zweites Mal genießen. Leider wich die Qualität der Speisen enorm gegenüber unserem ersten Besuch ab. Die bestellte Ente 24€ war stark übergart und zerfiel komplett auf dem Teller. Man bekam kein Stück Fleisch auf die Gabel. Es gab dazu einen Klecks Soße, Rotkohl hat gut geschmeckt und zu stark gebratene Serviettenknödel. Die Kruste war teilweise verbrannt. Bei meiner Partnerin ihrer Speise waren die Pilze total versalzen und das Brot total hart zu lange angeröstet . Tucked away in a corner of this pretty village, this recently converted and renovated (flour mill is very atmospheric on the outside, while inside being very pretty, comfortable yet retaining a rustic country feel. There is a circular first floor balcony (previously used for milling? also laid out with tables. Very attractive. The food in our case pork hock with vegetables was beautifully prepared, freshly cooked, very tasty and we accompanied this with an excellent regional white wine on our patrons recommendation.
