"in the frame of an easter trip to the capital, we used the offer for the 5-speed easter menu for 59.5€ per person to be cuneially beautiful this Easter Sunday. the team of the "au lac" also managed to definitiw. With a view of the lake of lion, some would perhaps call the hotel restaurant's interior as old-fashioned. for us, however, the classic but noble and warm-hearted device contributed to the fact that one feels equally comfortable and relaxed, which is often lacking in some modern restaurant, which is still very sterile and dark.Already at the beginning was a little baguette and crimson square on the table: both in standard quality. the salmon was placed in three forms and preparation. tupfer of salmon mousses were nice creamy, with fine salmon aroma and not, as happened frequently in such fish creams, oversalted. this salt might have missed something in the fresh tatar of the pickled salmon and butter-soft piece of the confed salmon. However, mmn cannot be considered a critical point, because from the outset, salt and pepper spreaders on the table allow everyone to individually fulfill their salt preferences. the gurke found himself as a "false caviar" on the teller and gave the appetizer just as fresh as the Sauerrahm Cups. the Red-Bete-Gelee was also intensive. a really great start. With "Bärlauchcreme/Wachtelei/Kartoffelstroh/Kapuzinerkresse" the second appetizer arrived. the beard cream soup satisfies the consistency and aroma expected from its name in any case. the hard boiled vigil in the potato straw nest with a leaf of the capuzin cress was not only visually a great element. the crusty potato straw gave the gang the required crunch and bite.As a refresh followed with a sorbet of the Cantaloupe melon, which was crowned with a leaf of fresh mint and lay on cooked white grapes. also here the melone was clear to taste. the sorbet for such a refreshment course was properly dosed by the sweet heart and the grapes awarded a welcome sourcing. only the mint should have been enough in the form of finely chopped leaves, as its aroma in the court was so lacking. as we were to two, we could use the opportunity to make both passages: "Sea diabe/Camargue rice/sellerie/carrot/Kaiserschoten/Flußkrebsschwänze/Noilly Prat"The festive sea diabe was very juicy and well cooked up to a few cartilageous parts. he was dressed on a celery carrot salad (with good bite) with a few flow carcinoma tails in fine noilly prat sauce and surrounded by crunchy imperial chotes. the camargue reis also had a pleasant bite, but would have been taste-neutral without the sauce and the salat."Lammrücken/Souffle/Trüffel/Thymian/Bohnenkerne/Kräuterseitlinge/Assam Pfeffer/Yoghurt"Beide pieces from the lammrücken were roasted on the point evenly pink and very well seasoned with thymian. To this end, boron-kernels, crimp-sides and champignon discs were fused in an aromatic sauce with very homogeneous consistency. a highlight, however, was also the potato souffle that had a magnificent standing, loose and through the yogurt was wonderfully juicy and pleasing indeed had a light truffle aroma. with the same name dessert "osterspaziergang: Chocolate/Eierlikör/Matcha Tee/Kalamansi/Pistazie" this culinary walk was actually set a great final point. the pistazie was placed in the form of a really great pistachio-Marzipan ice cream. loose hips covered with chocolate had a light eierliköraoma. tupfer from Kalamansi-Gelee would have been a bit bitter alone, but in combination with the chocolate mousse brought a welcome acid and fresh. chocolate crowned put the necessary crunchigen part again with a few Baiser-Krümele. also the pieces of Matcha-Tee-Biskuit were a nice change. So we both really finish very satisfied and with a smile at this "culinarian Easter walk." the compilation of the passages was always well matched with texture and aromatic, and also the quality of the products and preparation was true: there was simply no big weakening. Here and there would be a little more intensity in the seasoning as for example in the fish, the rice or even the mint in the sorbet. but this is really a whining at a high level with concrete. Also the service (alternating a slightly older heart and a young lady) adapted very well to the classic comfortable atmosphere and always acted friendly. only the young lady still seemed a little tense and uncertain. Even if there were only 4/5 points for the feeds, the price-performance ratio, given a menu price of 59.5€ per person, finally deserves the full score, because more could be expected only from a star premium restaurant."
