I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. The atmosphere, food, and beer were all excellent. The service was good, especially considering how busy they were. The atmosphere was great and overall, it's the best place in town. I would rate the food 4 out of 5, the service 4 out of 5, and the atmosphere 5 out of 5.

eat for lunch during the visit porthmadog, when we wanted somewhere dog friendly and with good ales! the food was great and the selection of purple moose ales was excellent! the personal was friendly and it was good to see a pub pretty busy, on a Friday in early february. highly recommended and we will definitely return. Great food, great grog, great service, what's not to like! There is a menu that caters for all tastes, with excellent GF options (they can tailor), which is unusual so a big thumbs up there. A wide selection of ales can also be had owing to this being the Tap for the local Purple Moose Brewery. They are all excellent ales. I had a really pleasant stop here with my 3 kids and will certainly be back!

I had a great lunch at this restaurant, starting with a pint of their delicious premier brew and a pint of Inch's cider. I was pleasantly surprised by the veggie burger, which was actually vegan, and the fries were also tasty. The atmosphere was cozy, the staff was friendly, and the beer selection was excellent. It was a nice retreat from the rainy weather outside. I would highly recommend this place for a meal. The price per person ranged from £10 to £20. Food, service, and atmosphere all scored a 5 out of 5.

beautiful bright atmosphere. good selection of drinks. the creation of means of life. wanted the garlic mushrooms, but had run out, so the bands of the steak could have done with some rustic brot or something to round it off, as it had a dipping soak and a marmelade with it. the steak was tender for the net, we decided for the lamb. again they had run out of kartoffels to have chips. the shaft was boiled nicely and fell from the bone. it needed another veg to go with the inherited. also the kies was very thin. it needed a thickening. in all a ok court at a reasonable price.
