The service was perfect, friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious. Everything that everyone in our group ordered was delicious. In particular the aubergine millefeuille was sublime. Vegetarian friendly.

We had a memorable meal at this restaurant. It was very busy but the service and the food were extremely good. Booking seems to be essential, we saw a lot of people turned away. If it's cool or windy I would suggest sitting inside.

Came here last year and thought I would try it again. We were not disappointed with food, service, or value for money. We had the 3 course lunch for 18 euros. I have to give a special mention to the salmon main course which was wonderful.

The restaurant gets really busy during dinner time so, make a booking to avoid disappointment.The service staff were excellent, very communicative, flexible (to max of what they can) and attentive. I can't remember the names of the dishes ordered but desert and appetizer left a very good impression; unique and awesome taste. Main course was normal, nothing much to shout.

We found this place from all the other great reviews and were not let down. It's not the most typical French food, but for the price the food is absolutely quality and the staff (might need one more on deck) were amazing despite almost running between tables. The sashimi tuna entree is one of the best meals we had on our travels, while the rest was definitely above the norm. I would happily head back. Visualizza piatti

My Wife and I ate here last week and we are still talking about it - the food was absolutely superb. We had eaten here before and considered Avenio to be a remarkably good restaurant, but on this more recent occasion the chef excelled him or her self and we agreed that it was one of the best, or quite possibly THE best meal we have had in France - and we have lived here for three years. All three courses were very, very good but the absolute star was my main course of veal. Location, ambience and service were all good, and the cost was remarkably reasonable for this standard of food. We will certainly return.

We stopped by at 6:30 last night (July 28, 2017) to see if we could get in without a reservation, they asked us to come back at 7:00 and we were seated at a lovely table inside. We both had the truffle risotto and it smelled and tasted AMAZING!! We have tried risotto all over Italy and France and this was our favourite by far!! The sommelier recommended at declious wine after we told him we like a fruitier wine. I had the chocolate raspberry tart and my husband had the cheese which we both thoroughly enjoyed for dessert. My wife and I are complete 100% food snobs from the United States and Southeastern Pennsylvania. We are used to top of the line food quality and service and expect the best when dining on vacation. That being said, we were absolutely blown away and impressed with the service and quality of food.We started of with appetizers of course, and they were delicious! The bread was incredible, and the wine was also excellent. The entrees we had were then filet steak and my wife had the risotto. We could not get enough of the food here - and my advice for any American tourist is to perhaps order an extra appetizer or entree because like many French restaurants this restaurant has smaller portions.
