"eating is very fine and uses local and seasonal ingredients. the wine selection from the finest. the service stays attentive and always with a smile, even if it gets full. the change has done the lion well modern and rectilinear. a small drop of wormwood: when ordering a glass wein you get a chic carafe from where the wine is poured into the glass. in a red wine, this may still be in order. but I imagine that for a white wine or rose at higher outside temperatures than now. the wine no longer comes into the glass with optimal drinking temperature."
