Stayed in this hotel about 4years ago and went there many times to eat/drink after that , when everything was much better. This time we went there to drink something at the bar with a view. very rude and disrespectful personnel, they don’t behave as a personnel of a 5 star hotel/restaurant, they ask you many times “ why are you here “ or “ what do you want here “ . we are Italian, so the conversation with them was in Italian) Even if there were free tables not reserved) with better view, but they gave us another table.fortunately the Food and drinks quality was still good.

The moment we got out of our taxi our luggage was whisked away and the lovely staff welcomed us. A special mention have to go to Vanessa and Rosa (Tinkerbelle, Ferry not Fairy, please excuse my wife lol) who went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect.
