We had to wait for 1 hour for our food, and when it finally arrived, the fish was undercooked and tasted bland. The restaurant was empty, and after that experience, it's not surprising. Overall, it was a very poor experience, and I wouldn't recommend it.

I didn't stay at this restaurant so I can't offer a full review. However, I did book a table for a Sunday roast lunch. There were plenty of meat options as well as some vegetarian choices. Booked a table for roast, got there they had no roast. So ordered burger and loaded chips. Not only did it take them nearly an hour to get the food out to our table. The quality of the food was awful, the fryer oil tainted the taste of the food I seems like it hadn't been changed in months. The burger was near burnt, there was no salad. I can still taste the taste of the deep fat fryer over 4 hours later after eating. Only ate it because I was so hungry cos I had been waiting for so long. Do not eat here is really bad.

I'm disappointed. The kids meals were 8 quid each for 3 chipolatas, chips and peas which seems massively overpriced. The burgers are 14 quid each, for that you get a frozen burger, 5 frozen onion rings, the slightly better quality frozen ones. Frozen skin on fries and a Salad which may have been freshly prepared but I suspect it was out of a bag. For the prices you are paying there's a reasonable expectation that the food is going to be fresh. You can't just serve frozen food at a 500% markup and expect repeat customers.

We arranged to have a roast with friends at this restaurant today, but upon arrival, we were informed that there were no roast potatoes available, only chips or mash. We were further disappointed to find out that all the roasts had been sold out, despite our pre-booking. I managed to order the last vegetarian option, but my friends had to settle for burgers, one of which was burnt and the other had unappetizing lettuce. When my dish finally arrived after nearly an hour of waiting, the broccoli and peas were extremely overcooked. The food was so subpar that we left the restaurant still feeling hungry.
