"Nous avons profité du rabais de 15% accordé aux résidents de l'hôtel Pullman pour venir manger au bistro Europe. Nous découvrons une grande salle aux tables bien espacées, un décor cosy avec des chaises confortables. L'accueil est plaisant.A la carte rien d'exceptionnel, une sélection de plats de brasserie communs à la cuisine suisse et allemande. Notre choix s'est porté sur la saucisse de veau à la mode de Bâle et le burger de boeuf. Résultat: un repas sans surprises, c'est correct, une cuisine simple, une viande un peu trop cuite. Avec un rapport qualité prix inférieur aux attentes. Le service demeure excellent, professionnel et souriant.Bref, malgré le rabais accordé, expérience mitigée, nous avons mangé pour se nourrir, mais il manquait le plaisir. Dommage."

Wir hatten 2 Mahlzeiten im Bistro Europe Restaurant und beide waren sehr gut, lecker und es gab eine große Auswahl. Der Service war im Allgemeinen sehr gut.

Das Essen ist super, der Service zuvorkommend und die Preise stimmen auch. Die Atmosphäre ist genial. Es hat wirklich für jeden etwas dabei. Wir kommen wieder!

I had a spritz and the vegetarian ravioli. My wife had a hugo and the wiener schnitzel. The drinks and food were excellent. The service was also quite fast and nice.

Wir aßen zu Abend unsere erste Nacht hier aber ich würde es nicht empfehlen, wenn Sie andere Möglichkeiten haben. Über 30 Minuten dauerte unser Essen (und es gab nur 1 2 andere Gäste). Qualität war in Ordnung

Cuisine basique et un peut chere surtout 7frs pour des frites ou riz en accompagnement c'est chere, service assez long 1h36 pour recevoir le plat.... C'est long.Apres c'est pas mauvais, mais rien d'exceptionnel.Et bémol une salade sans sauce... C'est sec

Das Bistro bietet eine sehr gemischtes Angebot an Speisen, sodas jeder was finden kann.Vom Klassischen Burger bis zu schweizer Spezialitäten. Das Bistro ist nicht nur ein Notbehelf wenn man noch Hunger hat jedoch nicht mehr los möchte. wir können es nur empfehlen.

This is the restaurant of Pullman Hotel Basel. Its very quiet a place and you won’t find the typical Altstadt crowd here. They have a very small menu. I took Fitness salad . Simple food , simple deserts served simply . No one is aiming at a prize in food decoration. The most striking feature very less crowd. One can read a book or two can have a cosy chat .

I liked Bistro Europe before Corona, Because the food here is good, home-style cooking! There is a calm atmosphere, as if you were at home in the dining room. No music to disturb you; friendly service, as it should be, not intrusive either, you can sit unmolested, without any obligation to take in more. It is easy to reach by public transport and the price/performance ratio is right, what more could you want!
