"if they find themselves in the opposite or simply by aboyne, then they must stop here. the best coffee they find in royal deeside. it is a great call I know, but believe me that we have seen and done our research! conveniently located just...from the main road on the railway station, they cannot miss the bright signs and hanging signs on the front. the caffe is bright, cozy and welcoming with plenty of seating and a log burner on the back for those who arrive to foot or bike at the cool highland days. the coffee is phenomenal, the cake was simply divine (banana and choc chip was to die.) if they appreciate quality coffee, then spider on a bike is a must."

"The restaurant at this hotel fell short of expectations given its price and 4-star rating. While the location was great and the room size was good (including a gymnasium suite with sauna), there were some drawbacks. The service was friendly, but there were many strange rules and additional charges. The restaurant did not live up to the high-class pictures on the website, and prices were inflated (e.g. £2.50 for a glass of soda water). The room felt slightly disheveled, with stains on the bathroom curtain, a floating bedside table that had come off the wall, and a broken board on the outside decking. The room layout was odd, as it had been previously used as a gym, with a huge mirror wall, an old fire exit sign covered by cardboard, and furniture blocking the sliding doors to the deck. Additionally, the private hot tub was not very private, as it was located on a deck shared with downstairs rooms and overlooked by upstairs rooms."

"As some one who doesnt know indian quisine i can say this is a great place to start. They are quite clear on the spice and as the menu stated the Tiger special is truely special. They serve everything in a way so you can also share if you are in a party. Perfect for familys or people that wish to try something diffrent in a party. The owner is willing to help explain anything you wish to know. Vegetarian options: They serve indian food and have allot allot of vegetarian options. Parking: There are stores across and seem to be enough parking availible. Kid-friendliness: Have a kids menu and desert."

"This place is quite unusual with a bizarre atmosphere. It seems like the owner is trying to juggle too many concepts without really succeeding at any of them. It's part home, part restaurant, part antique and vintage shop, a furniture store, and an ice cream parlor, featuring some very pricey antiques and a handful of expensive handbags and home goods. I ordered two steak pies, but one ended up being chicken, and both were nearly frozen when I received them. I frequently drive by and have never seen a car in the parking lot; I definitely won't be returning."

"On arrival I entered the shop and was greeted by a somewhat dull individual with an out of town accent. I placed my order for 3 F&C and 1 Chips which I then paid £28 for.....In addition I asked for 4 cans of Coke...another £6 £1:50 each.... I went outside and sat down with my friends waiting on our food. To my amazement the guy came out looking for more money as he maintained he calculated incorrectly.... i questioned it but didn 't argue...we had been Munro bagging so we 're tired and hungry so I paid the £4 he asked for ...I then asked him for some salt and vinegar and ketchup x 2 which he tried to charge me £1:50 each for and when I politely outlined my dismay at how he had made a complete mess of things as it were he then wanted to charge me £3 for 2 ketchup bowls I was shocked. His attitude then changed for the worst as he raised his voice telling us he didn 't set the prices and if we didn 't like it then we could go elsewhere.... when we said we wouldn 't be back he snidely remarked he couldn 't care less as he had loads of passing customers....to top it off the chips were hard like they had been cooked and reheated a couple of times, the fish was dripping with grease and was tasteless too...overall a dreadful place, with dreadful food and dreadful service all the while extortionate prices....stay away from this rip off merchant"
