"I usually try to focus on the positive aspects, and here they are: the Gin and Tonic was nice. However, the food fell short of expectations. While the menu isn't overly misleading, the quality of the food served is disappointing. The mostly older clientele somehow adds to this issue. Given London prices, the poorly cooked fish is unacceptable (the only decent seafood was the crab, and the mussels were alright, but with the restaurant being by the sea, they should really shine). I get the sense that regulars have grown accustomed to this subpar excuse for good food, which feels quite unjust. There are countless better dining options in Cromer—Sainsbury's comes to mind. On a positive note, the staff were friendly, dedicated, and eager to help. However, the chef should really be embarrassed. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing, especially considering how far many people have to travel for it."

The food was fantastic, and there were plenty of gluten-free options available. Make sure to make a reservation, as the restaurant gets very busy. We’ll definitely be returning!

The seafood dishes were extraordinary, and the service deserves 5 stars! I can't wait to go back. I couldn't fault our visit; the choice of dishes and the friendliness of the staff were fantastic. The only thing I have to mention is that I had to share my dinner with a 2-year-old who has developed a taste for seafood since our visit!
