BONSAI - Menu

I really love sushi. The best I've ever tried was in Norway. Here in Innsbruck, there is no so many Asian food options. But this one is not bad. I would recommend it.

Das Bonsai ist für mich das beste Sushi-Lokal in Innsbruck. Toller Service, sensationelle Gerichte (frisch! und ein angenehmes Ambiente. Das spricht auch mich als Gelegenheits-Sushi-Esser definitiv an. Immer wieder gerne! :

We enjoyed our visit to Bonsai Sushi Bar. We booked a table which is recommended. It is a small place and not all “overflow” tables are that romantic (next to toilets). The food is excellent. Great sushi and sashimi. Portions are good. Good service.

Of course, the location of the restaurant contributes to the prices may be somewhat higher than with local with less central location. €22.50 for a small portion of wok vegetables with 5 garnel and really noticeably little rice are not justified and overpriced.

was here on Sunday afternoons and find the bonsai in total good.The miso suppe is not the best in the city but ok (see restaurant kai.) sushi quality is very good.The presentation at the teller is clearly improved for a local this price class.Service is friendly.

eating in bonsai is really good. the quality and fresh are very neat for a raised sushi bar. especially the inside out roll. Nevertheless, the choice of rolling is rather clear and you could trust more. californian sushi a la henssler is very much in demand and no big problem for such profis.

the quality has left in my eyes (in my mouth)? strongly, especially in sushi. And now the price-performance ratio is no longer true at all! my partner took fried duck with sweet, with a small peel rice for over 20 euro. ??? service was nice, but somehow seemed unconvinced. the atmosphere has suffered, as some families with small children were also there and our table was so placed that I had to look outside on the busy road.

This time we consumed the lunch menu. it consisted of a very well seasoned Asian suppe, plentiful fresh fishfilett with crisp vegetables, a teller rice and fresh salad. we were very pleased that all the industrial sauces were dispensed with. the food has tasted very well, it is nice that one is also fed from the portion to midday. the local itself is modernly furnished, has two- and four-story and comfortable chairs. the service is attentive and very friendly.

English below... Defintiv eines der besten asiatischen Restaurants in denen ich bis jetzt war. Der Preis ist leider auch entsprechend gehoben. Jedoch lohnt es sich, sich dort für besondere Anlässe einmal etwas zu gönnen. Bisher war ich mit jeden Gericht das ich dort gegessen habe, wunschlos glücklich. Empfehlen kann ich die Ramensuppe, welche jedoch recht scharf ist Definitely one of the best asian restaurants i've been to. The prices are rather steep, but it's worth the cost and for a special occasion i often treat myself with some good sushi or dish. I can recommend the ramen soup, which is rather spicy, but at least as tasty aswell
