Brodies - Piatti

Disappointing all round, food expensive for poor quality, and service abrupt.

We first visited brodies almost a year ago while passing through. We loved it so much that we made a point to detour to have a meal there again. Food is amazing and staff are lovely

Worst food ever in my life. Absolutely disgusting food I ordered steak sandwich which was not steak never tasted anything so rotten in my life and as for the beef kebab with yoghurt and tomato I would not know where to start.

Came here looking for some rest after broqsing the charity shops down the road and had a lovely comforting cup of tea. The owner was extremely kind and normaly I wouldn't write review for just having a cuppa, however. Kindness needs an award and I wanted to point this out.

We hadn't booked on a Saturday evening yet were fitted in. The menu us a mixture of British and Turkish cuisine we had tge chicken kebabs and the chicken casserole. We arrived as a party of 4 and ordered drinks and food, one of our guests was arriving 15 minutes later only to be told the kitchen was closing which meant 4 of us ate and one of us didn’t. We were also harassed to finish our food 10 minutes after it was delivered. All in all the service was really poor, bordering on rudeness. We should have been told on arrival that they were about to close. Wouldn't recommend and certainly won’t be back!

Walked in for a lunch as didn't fancy the usual Wether spoons,Costa or Greggs in the town that, and the fact the shop owner next door recommended Brodie's. Ordered steak pie with chips vegetables as the waitress who took my order informed myself that's how it would come, imagine my disappointment when the meal arrived with no vegetables and a sprinkling of what looked like paprika around the periphery of my plate?? Meat although tasty and no fat (which I like) was dry along with the puff pastry which disappeared into dust when cut into! Overall very disappointed and at £14.75 I have to say well overpriced but the most disappointing event was being asked for my money with not a please or than...

My family arrived at the restaurant 2.30pm, and I was coming to join them after my work. I arrived at 2.45pm. The woman handed me a menu, within 5 seconds I was asked what I wanted. So I said “I have just been handed the menu, can you give me a minute please” and the woman responded extremely rudely “well the kitchen is closing so hurry up”. I handed the woman back the menu and told her not to bother. My families meals arrived shortly after as they had all ordered around half 2. The food for my family arrived at around 2.50pm. By 3pm, the woman came over asking my family if they were finished yet… Each plate still had atleast half the meal left so it was clear nobody was close to finished. T... Visualizza piatti
