Excellent food and service! We had Sunday lunch and a tuna salad. These were excellent and we will be back for more. Looking forwards to trying Tony’s balls!

Called in after being out all day and decided to treat ourselves. There wasn't many people in eating so when our meal arrived it was over cooked. We were very disappointed

We visited for lunch and after having a look at the menu I chose the turkey and stuffing baguette, chips and dipping gravy and my husband had the fish and chips. Both meals were generous portions, nicely presented and tasty.

This has been the best pub Sunday dinner I’ve had for years It was absolutely beautiful It really made my mother really happy and any good child would would want to make there mother have a really nice meal on Mothers Day . Also the decorations are so nice and interesting.

We visited on Saturday lunchtime in March and were asked to wait 45 mins to order as the kitchen wad busy. Unfortunately this turned into an hour and a quarter despite our 3 polite requests to order. By this time we had lost faith. The decor also looks in need of an update. Visualizza piatti

Four of us had a great time for Sunday lunch. Food was perfect well presented and extremely tasty. Despite being very busy in the bar and restaurant the staff are brilliant. All young girls and so cheerful and polite. They are dressed smartly and do a wonderful job all look very happy to be there. Well done keep up the good work you deserve your excellent reputation.

Visited for the first time and was generally delighted. Had a table booked for lunch which was ready when we arrived. Service did seem a little slow but they were very busy but there was no pressure to leave when we had finished. Good menu choice either snacks or a full meal. We settled for snacks which were very plentiful and tasty. Prices were reasonable too. Great choice of beers etc but as was driving unable to sample on this occasion. Will visit again.

The best food we have had in a long time! Just back from a spontaneous Friday night dinner with Hubby and 8 year old son. We booked for the Bistro at the start of dinner service 6pm). Even though we had only booked for two adults we were welcomed to a bigger table without any problem. Drinks were served promptly and we ordered Tuna Nicoise, Smash Wagu Burger with chunky chips and salad and Bangers and Mash with peas off the kid's menu. All the food was absolutely delicious, expertly cooked and great portion sizes. It's really hard to find such a good balanced pub menu with really fresh ingredients and cooked by chefs who obviously know how to cook! Hubby had a delicious Peach sundae served w...
