"Under new management since Spring of 2022, Café de Béthusy has been transformed. The energetic new team have put in place a smaller and more concentrated menu of local classics with a twist. More importantly, perhaps, the kitchen is entirely renovated, including the introduction of a lava stone grill. And, they've done all of this without raising prices. We'll be back and we hope that many others from the neighbourhood and elsewhere will be too."
