Cafe Gustave - Piatti

Pas mal mais sauce salade coupé à l'eau pour une salade césar la sauce est importante et là elle était pas terrible. Et le café expresso dégueulasse on a même pas pu le finir..

Lugnt för att ligga nära Eiffeltornet och precis vid en större väg. Uppmärksam personal som var kunnig om matens tillagning och rekommenderade viner till de olika rätterna. Vällagad och god mat.

We had dinner here our first evening in Paris. It was a close walk from the Eiffel Tower, the food was good, and the staff were friendly and spoke clear English. Prices were a little high but not bad at all. Visualizza piatti

In the middle of our dinner, a mice ran out from under the sofas.. the staff didn't even care when we told them... they only said, yeah we know and there's nothing we can do about it! We got out of there as fast as possible!

Tried the snails, French onion soup and some fries. Was delicious! And the waiter was so nice! Only downfall was that a bottle of coke cost more than a glass of wine which we didn't understand hahaha. But over than that lovely place!

On Bastille Day, our group was large so finding a cafe that could accommodate a toddler, child, & 5 adults was no easy feat in Paris. Luckily we were early for lunch and grabbed some free tables at the Cafe. It was a perfect day and our meals were wonderful; my daughter & I had the chicken & mushroom quiche and we found it heavenly. My son in law charmed our waitress that added to the fun. We have been to this restaurant for dinner yesterday, we asked for 2 bottles of water and 5 main courses. The food was fine but nothing special, the service was bit slow, we wanted to try some deserts but no one came to take order. At the end we asked for the bill as we were running out of time. We were really surprised when we saw that 1 bottle of water costed 7,90€So we paid 15,80€ for just 2 bottles of water. Suggestions: Never ask for a water bottle, better you choose some soft drinks.

We left the Eiffel Tower in search of a place to have a good meal. Not having a wifi connection and unable to search TripAdvisor like we always do, we randomly picked Cafe Gustave. We were able to snag 3 tables for our family of 6 without waiting. I have to say it was excellent! I highly recommend eating here. The service was top-notch! Our server was Jeremiah (not sure of the spelling) but he was awesome! We all thought the prices were good too. You can eat here and know the service and food will be great!

We had lunch at the restaurant as we were close to The Eiffel Tower so wanted to dine in a typical Parisian restaurant and came across this place. It is located in a great area, has traditional Parisian interiors however the food is not worth it! We ordered steak with French fries which tasted like rubber and even though we complained to the waiter he simply just shook us off and said there was nothing he could do about it. It was also very expensive and a typical tourist trap which was not worth the visit. So would definitely not recommend it as there are so many other restaurants in Paris which offer way better food for a much better price. Visualizza piatti
