Popular place among students. I ordered a burger and was better than expected. The atmosphere is nice and prices are fair

Ate here several times during my stay. Food and service was generally good. English menus are available and the staff is happy to help English speakers order.

We went for dinner to taste some German food . The menu card has a variety of food as well aa beverages. Convivial atmosphere: Staff very helpful. Nice location and good view. We tasted some typical German specialities like currywurst which was very delicious

I went out with some friends to have dinner and found this nice place. I had pasta and my friends burgers and a salad, and everybody was satisfied with the food, which is moderately priced, drinks as well. The staff is also very friendly. Will...definitely return here, we had a good time

This is a great place to visit when in Passau. We first came here years ago as students and have returned to Passau and eaten at Cafe Kowalski every years or so! There is a good range of food and the desserts especially...tiramisu have remained of a high standard over the years. The venue is not airconditioned which would have been nice as the other night it was very hot. But if you get here early you can sit on the outdoor terrace overlooking the river Inn

of us ate here for lunch. The service was very good and they had staff that spoke very good english. The schnitzel was the best we had in all our time in Germany and the fires we cooked perfectly. Great place to sit and...watch the river and enjoy a good meal and beer. We asked for a salad and we were asked if we wanted a Bavarian or Swiss salad we decided on the Bavarian and I must say it was the strangest salad I have ever had.
