"the overall rating and rating for the service is due to our second visit in this caffe. if I hadn't visited again, my rating for the service would be much higher. finally we went back because we had a good time there the first...time; the breakfast was quite cheap and also good, the service (from the owner(s) I think was fast and they were friendly and friendly. her tortilla was also very tasty. the second time we were there, the additional staff was rude and racist. She ignored me when I came into the bar to order something, and if she could not ignore me, she came to my order. she took it and never brought what we wanted. but when other people came here to order something they did right away. when the owner came back, I told her that I still waited for my coffee, which I ordered before one, apologised her, made her and brought him immediately. I'm not going to think about which of the cases is actually worse. below is only a longer version of the second visit if you want to know the details, otherwise you don't have to read more. the second visit was on a Saturday morning (20th juli 2019,) so it was a little more business than the first time, a few days before. the owner (the one who was there in any case) was alone, but tried their best to serve everyone. All right. then came the help or the staff, so the owner was not as attentive as before and went over her business, which was still good. when we wanted more brot, I waited for the owner to order it just because. but later, when we wanted to order a second round coffee, the owner was busy and nowhere in. So I went to the bar where the other person stood to order my coffee. she cleaned everything and went up and down and ignored me. I told myself she might have to finish something, so I stood there waiting. she came back where I stood a few times and I wanted to say something, but she looked firm and went back and forth. I tried to censor about it and told me that she was busy with what she did. When she finally couldn't ignore me, she came to me and I had to give up my order, I want two coffees to americano and one espresso who was answering, they want to pay or they want me to be confused, she looked at and said I wanted to order her, okay. absolutely nothing happened. there were no orders from other customers who had to do it, and no one else came to order anything. after a long past, my mother asked me why we haven't got our coffee yet, and why then nobody does it. While we discussed this, a few came in and the person went to them immediately to take their order, and began what they wanted. my head was in vain, but I was just waiting for the owner to show up again. when she finally did, I went to her and told her that we had ordered two coffees with the colleague a long time ago, but it never came. it felt like she felt that something had failed but she smiled only, took the job and brought the coffee to the table in about two minutes. if I had been in an English-speaking country, I would probably have said something, but in this case I felt that it did not make any sense, because it was simply due to a misunderstanding or misunderstanding that it was not, and I did not want to add insult to injuries. we were not served by someone who obviously thought it was okay to do that. Excellent breakfast, excellent food, excellent service! We were a group of 10 for a week in San Sebastián and this was our breakfast place for several days. The food was great, as well as the service. Nice and cozy place to grab a coffee before...heading out. Very friendly staff/owners.
