So we arrived quite early (13:00) and our room was not ready which is completely fine, but we expected to be able to get the room around 15:00 which was not possible, the earliest check in was 16:00 which made us late for our planned hike. Not dramatic but something to keep in mind when you plan your arrival. Jessica welcomed us to our room which was very clean and nice but also very small. The room itself was a mix between modern chalet and cosy nest, we really enjoyed that. For the Multipass that you can have as a guest you need to know that it is only available the day after your first night after 13.30 pm, which was unclear and means you only have very limited access to it. Also there were too little cards around which led to us waiting for other guests to check out. The most disappointing feature was the breakfast though. Expecting an amazing breakfast due to the pictures and the reviews we were quite disappointed that we only got a croissant and a breadroll with jam and butter. There was no meat, cheese, egg or fruit. On top of that we paid extra additionally to the room for it. So if you need to have more than that I recommend going elsewhere for breakfast and not book it with the chalet. Overall it was ok but for what we got it was definitely overprized in my opinion. My post is meant to be a constructive criticism and I hope it helps other travellers for future stays or the chalet for future guests."
