"Regarding prices, I understand that you can 't complain too much, you 're in the heart of Turin in the most tourist area, it 's normal for prices to be higher, but 7 euros for a fruit juice seems quite out of reach to me, it wasn 't even a spritz... The wait isn 't too long (I went on a Saturday because unlike the Farmacia del Cambio you can take away more easily without extremely long queues or take away reservations. The desserts I tried fit the bill , there is quality, even if it depends on what you get, but what left me perplexed was the service... Our table wobbled a bit and was at the limit of stability, the waitresses they seemed really forcedly kind to me, they weren 't particularly smiling, moreover they didn 't just get one of the orders wrong, but they brought another dessert that I hadn 't requested. And so far one says okay, making mistakes is human, except that after a moment I realize it I go to one of the available waitresses, and explain that I wanted what I had ordered, I am assured that it will be changed, but in the next 10 minutes I come blatantly ignored. So then I ask another waitress who replies well obviously the dessert you wanted was out of stock, and they brought you this , I reply what do you mean you included something random in my order?! , only later again so the right dessert is brought to me while the unwanted one is returned. Another point against it is the fact that before actually ordering I had to list several desserts on the menu that I would have liked, only to be told oh no, that one is finished, that one too, that one will be there later , (after when, no you know... at a certain point I thought first tell me what 's wrong and it was 10:00 in the morning... Another 2 points against tolerable up to a certain point are that the sun shines outside on the hottest days, and the awnings are there, I sincerely would have opened them... finally it doesn 't depend too much on them, but the homeless or street vendors who ask pennies are unbearable."

Terrible service, half an hour of waiting at the table and what was ordered doesn't even arrive. Last but not least, at the checkout they were making me pay for what never arrived.

Posto bellissimo ma molto impolito cameriera bionda, alto, estremamente sgradevole e con un atteggiamento grottesco) ci ha chiesto di lasciare 30 minuti prima della chiusura. Il razzismo? Le altre cameriere erano belle. E' un peccato che non possiamo goderci il nostro drink. Servizio: 1

Sunday 21/4/24 Ordered 4 coffees, excellent! To the polite request for a drop of water an annoyed response: it's coming! with commentary with colleagues. After 3 minutes the water did not arrive. After queuing for half an hour today we finally managed to enter this historic Turin café. The atmosphere is lovely and the service was quick despite the crowds. The bicerin didn't quite meet our expectations, but the rest was delicious. In particular, the Club Sandwich proved to be excellent.
