Deceived by the scent, we entered with the hope of finding a pleasant dinner, a welcoming place but terrible service but the waiter tried to go out of his way to satisfy the customers and to make up for the various shortcomings. We asked to dine inside but there was no room, so they made us sit outside. After an hour and twenty of waiting they brought us the first ones we had ordered (good but nothing special)!! Like us, 10 other people were waiting for the first course, it seemed like a movie, everyone had been waiting for dinner for more than an hour but nothing arrived! Con la mia compagna siamo entrati in questo grazioso ristorante quasi per caso girovagando per Trieste. Ordiniamo la jota, lo stinco e il goulash. Tutto molto buono. Passiamo una serata piacevole, sottofondo musicale gradevole e personale mai invadente. Morale della favola: andiamo via soddisfatti e a pancia piena. Prezzi nella media. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED! Evidently the owner didn 't expect me to understand Italian, since we spoke in English. Empty place except for one customer (friend of the owner . We sit at a table and the owner comments to her friend: see, those peasant tourists sit down without even asking . When, having heard the comment, those peasant tourists get up and leave immediately. Nothing like this has ever happened! However, dear lady, my warmest wishes for a thriving business (which according to the other reviews is going great! .
