"Our experience at La Casa was extremely disappointing. We went as a family to celebrate a special anniversary, but we were let down from the moment we arrived. Despite booking a 6.30 table to avoid the crowds, we were left waiting at the door for a long time before being seated. The service was rushed, with little attention given to us after we placed our orders. The food was mediocre at best and not worth the prices. We had to wait a long time in between courses, and when our mains finally arrived, they were served haphazardly. My steak was cold and overcooked, the sides were dry and unappealing. The atmosphere was loud and stuffy, making it difficult to enjoy our meal. We did not receive the same courtesy as other tables, and the lack of service was evident throughout our meal. When it came time to pay, we had to ask for the bill and experienced further inconvenience with the payment process. Overall, La Casa did not meet our expectations and we will not be returning. There are much better Italian restaurants in town that offer better value, service, and food quality. Our special celebration was marred by this disappointing experience."

Had a great time at La Casa, really friendly service and accommodating. Good wine list very Tuscan heavy, perfect! and good range in the menu. I particularly liked the lamp chop rack very nice

Nothing too much trouble Food amazing. And if you have room the Tiramisu was really yummy and nice and chilled! The mussels to start in tomato sauce were huge which is always good. Pizza and steaks top Def recommend

We were accommodated last minute at this clean, bright, and very inviting restaurant, primarily staffed by Italian waiters. They offer a wide selection of freshly prepared dishes, including delicious pasta. The service was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Rang direct last night for a birthday meal for my son and girlfriend in Addlestone. Spoke to a lovely lady, very helpful, could order everything they wanted. Meal arrived today on time, hot and delicious. Nice to be able to do something to help them celebrate. Thanks La Casa, will definitely do this again!!!

My husband and I recently relocated to Weybridge and decided to celebrate our anniversary with lunch at La Casa. What a wonderful discovery! The staff was attentive and friendly, particularly Aurora and her son Raphael who were incredibly helpful. The food was outstanding!!! The service was okay, it was fairly reasonably priced and for the most part the food was alright too. What let it down was the seafood platter I had. All of the squid rings, and there were a lot, were so rubbery as to be completely inedible, and there seemed to be more crunch in the mussels and clams than there perhaps should have been, as they did not seem to have been cleaned properly. Everything else was decent though

We choose this restaurant to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and because of its reputation! We waited well over half an hour for someone to take our order! The restaurant was packed with little social distancing! Our starters arrived eventually another 30 minutes later which were average! Our main courses were very disappointing with little flavour and certainly not value for money! The eventual cost was exorbitant for the food and drink we had and definitely not a place we’d return too in the near future!
