"We had a wonderful dining experience at Cau, a fantastic restaurant located in the heart of Edinburgh. After having trouble finding a quiet breakfast spot due to fully booked reservations, we were lucky enough to stumble upon Cau. The interior and exterior of the restaurant were charming, and we were pleased with the reasonable prices on the menu. I ordered the ultimate steak sandwich, and it exceeded all of my expectations. The steak was cooked perfectly and incredibly tender, and the sweet potato fries were equally delicious. The service was also excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. I would definitely give Cau a perfect 10/10 rating and would not hesitate to visit again in the future."

So many options to choose from , excellent service, very nice and friendly staff and the place is right in the heart of Prince Street!! I would tottaly recommended it!!!

The steaks are delicious and the staff is friendly and attentive. They have a great selection of red wines. Our kids enjoyed the children's menu. The prices are reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

The lunch menu offers a 3-course meal for $12.95, which is affordable and tasty. I started with the coriander chicken coxinha, followed by a delicious steak for my main course, and finished with a tasty dessert. I absolutely loved it! The rump steak was also fantastic.

This is by far the best meal I've had in ages. I had the Strawberry Pavlova drink which was like magical strawberries and cream. I savored every last bite of Rump steak and if you don't get it with the chimichurri butter you're missing out. Top 3 steaks I've had anywhere, hands down. Unfortunately I forgot to photo my steak, I was too busy eating. I can't recommend it enough. Dessert was the apple pie cheesecake. 11/10 experience.
