Good, filling mixed grill for me and a yummy chicken and ribs for the better half . Attentive, friendly service from Karen.

The food was absolutely delicious and such a great atmosphere. Huge thank you to staff Karen and Amy who made us feel so welcome. 10/10 recommend! Absolutely amazing experience!

Took a friend with me, had the lunch time deal, food very good setting warm and friendly, served by young lady called Karen, who gave us excellent service. Would recommend and will return.

Came in from next door for lunch. Was served by Karen and Kiera. Spacious seating and comfy vibes. Was not crowded, welcome was warm. We had a choice of seating we took one by the window. Service was quick and food was very tasty. Ordered the Thai curry. Will be a regular here.

We went for valentines meal food was nice . Did not rate the garlic bread and cheese was a bit soggy and two small slices for over 4 pound I found a little expensive . Dessert was nice only my dessert came before my partners and his then got forgotten about they did apologise but I felt the service was a little unorganised . Don’t think we would go again .

We visited on a quiet Monday evening. We waited five minutes at the front desk before anyone came to see us. We were shown to our table then left for twenty minutes before we attracted someone's attention to order drinks and food. We waited another forty minutes before we got our starters. It took over two hours in total for our three courses. We were lucky. One gentleman who arrived before us waited one hour forty minutes to get his meal. There is absolutely no organisation whatsoever. The tables have numbers on them but they don't use them when ordering so they have no idea who the food is for. Came here for Sunday lunch 04-02-2024 came here with my family for a Sunday roast as we wanted to eat out instead of cooking. I can not complain at the food it was spot on it was hot tasteful and presented well. The lady’s on the bar were well mannered throughout . My only issue with today’s visit was one customer. He was extremely rude and shouting across the restaurant swearing at the staff could see the young girl getting very overwhelmed and upset she went into the kitchen to ask the chefs as they came out and after hearing how he was acting they refused him service and I had to say something. We came for Sunday Lunch with family and our baby grandson, we had a great time, lovely food, attentive staff who couldn't do enough for us and who went out of there way to make us welcome. Great food, great staff, great atmosphere. The only negative was the very arragant, intimidating, rude and verbally aggressive customer who was demanding to be served before everyone else. It never ceases to amaze me how rude and entitled some people can be. The staff dealt with this issue impeccably and with great professionalism, they were clearly upset and distressed by what occurred but ensured that their first priority was to check on and reassure other customers. Tonight’s meal and service was fantastic. We were dubious at trying the dining experience again tonight but we could not fault Karen, Maisie and Amy. They were extremely attentive and accommodating. We were relieved to be greeted with a much calmer environment where customers were made to feel welcome. Last night, our dining experience in the same establishment was a very different scenario due to lack of management skills from the team leader Bianca. The poor management resulted in the young waitress Maisie running around trying to explain to diners why some people had received their meals and some not (some orders going through to the kitchen And others not!
