"while wandering around Lucerne looking for a local place to eat we came across this adorable Chinese restaurant. so we took a chance. the service was excellent. and the food was great. first they came out with hot plates to put your food on so it won't get cold. how cool is that. we were sitting outside under umbrellas. the waiter explained the dishes to us prior to ordering. my grandchildren also enjoyed the food which is also a wonderful testament to the food. teenagers always have something negative to say about something. HAHA.."

These are all homemade dimming, with spinach, water chestnuts, tofu and various vegetables. it tastes great!

The deco is elegant, dishes were tasty but it's very pricey. It's location is not easy to find. Overall the value is not worthwhile.

Has the best Chinese food in town. Food is delicious, tasty and good value for money. Unfortunately, the service was a bit disappointing. Other than that, overall experience was OK.

On their menu only two starters are vegan marked, that is not a top restaurant. Try the nearby Thai restaurant Son Pi Nong or the Chinese restaurant Jialu, where everything is explained on the websites. Updated by previous rating on 2021 11 08

Came here after a recommendation of past guests, this place has been in business since 1959 so they are doing something right. We had 5 different dishes from sweet and sour shrimp, chicken with cashews to noodle and vegetables. Pictures will be posted so you can see however the food was delicious! Please see photos

Das Ambiente ist toll. Meine Ente Szechuan war sehr schmackhaft und fein! Dazu wurde noch ein duftender, guter Jasminreis serviert. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das einzige was mich hier ein bisschen gestört hat, sind die hohen Preise. Leider typisch für die meisten Restaurants, die in der Altstadt von Luzern liegen.

This is Chinese fine dining with tablecloths, charming decor, good food, and prices to match. I've never found a find dining Chinese restaurant in the U.S. so this is a treat. We had sweet and sour fish, braised eggplant, and a delicious salad with an unusual dressing. And good rice. After lots of heavy Swiss food, this is a nice change.
