"Surprising spacious inside. There is a raised bar setting area. On the lower level there are tables and a dance area. There us also a stage and us ideal for special occasions such as Wedding Receptions. There is a ramp so between the levels and a ramp from the entrance so is accessible for wheelchair users. Staff are efficient and friendly. There is a choice of alcholic and none alcholic drinks. There is a car park over the road but to pay you need to download the app you cannot pay by card or cash."

We had our kids' Christmas party last night, and it was absolutely fantastic! The venue is beautiful and definitely the classiest place in Sandwell. I’ve found my new favorite spot for my son, friends, and family. I can’t wait to return! The staff were incredible and very kind. I truly fell in love with this place. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience! What a lovely venue you have!

"The food was excellent and beautifully presented. I dined in for dinner, and the price per person was around £10-20. I would rate the food and service both at a 5, while the atmosphere gets a solid 4. I highly recommend the Thali and think it's an excellent choice for vegetarians, as the restaurant features a dedicated vegetarian menu with clearly labeled dishes. There is plenty of free parking available as well."

"I had an exhausting dinner that lasted three hours. It took over an hour for our food to arrive, and when it did, it wasn't what we ordered. I had to go to the kitchen myself to speak with the chefs in order to get our order corrected. Additionally, I had to return to the parking meter to add more money, as I had suspected that two hours wouldn’t be enough for dinner."

"The food is really enjoyable. Some of the meat can be a bit dry in parts but generally speaking it's quite good. Is it better than what you'd get at the average chippy? Not for what it costs. Ordering two box meals and a couple of sides got the cost up to £50 with charges. Considering a large mixed meat in naan at my local chip shop is £7, it's incredibly expensive.There's far too much waste which really needs to be addressed. Every food item is at least two layers of packaging deep. With a box meal you have the outer corrugated cardboard box, then all dividers inside, then the kebab sandwich is in a box of its own, then it's in a foil wrapper, then it's in a paper wrapper. It's all needless waste and when we're all trying to be more conscious of our carbon footprint this just isn't required.There are some nice things that just aren't replicated elsewhere, their kebab bread is fantastic and very similar to a traditional Turkish pide. Their sauces are really good too. Full of flavour and balanced well with the meat but I will say there's never enough of it. Three little poxy pots is all you get.The fries are average. Nothing remarkable about them. The spicy fries are a tasty addition but this option does bump up the price but again, perfectly average.Overall I'd recommend that it's worth trying at least once but the prices are way over valued and quantity in some areas lack. If they cut down on all the needless packaging they could even bring the prices down but £15-20 for a box meal (one can of pop, one kebab sandwich, one fries and two spring rolls) it's a bit of a joke."

"Me and my wife go there quite often for food, I can honestly say we’ve never had a bad meal from there. The food is always tasty and there’s plenty on the menu, the treacle pudding and custard is a must for dessert. Also the staff and owners are very friend and welcoming."

"My family came to this restaurant three months ago for an intimate birthday celebration with five people. Every dish we ordered was served perfectly and in generous portions that we all enjoyed. The poppadoms with toppings were fresh and crispy, the pilau rice and plain rice were fluffy and flavorful, and the naans were hearty and better than any other I've had elsewhere. We tried multiple curries, including Chicken Tikka Masala and Jalfrezi, all of which were delicious and tender. I highly recommend this restaurant for families and small parties. Despite being busy, the quality of the food did not drop and we had a great experience overall. My family loves the Lamp Restaurant and we have visited before. Thank you to the staff!"
