Claude Du Vall - Piatti

Nice airy pub. The staff were friendly and hard working, the service was very quick, I had fish chips, the fish was well cooked and fresh, the chips were crisp. I ordered on the Wetherspoons ap which was easy to use. The meal was...very good value for money. I would definitely visit this pub again

Enjoyed my time here however the staff seemed a bit off, not rude, but just not good. All three who served us were all the same. And we may of borrowed a chair from another table as there was of us and we were...told to move which we did but the lady was a little rude. Food was quick and good though

As expected there was good quality ale available at sensible prices. Other than that there was the perennial Wetherspoon’s issue of tables not being cleared, meaning new arrivals simply piled used glasses, crockery and cutlery onto the nearest table. As a CAMRA member I try to visit pubs in the Camberley/Bagshot area, but I'm constantly drawn to the Claude. It's a great place to meet friends in a comfortable, friendly environment. They serve very good food two lunchtime plates and two drinks (a...beautiful pint of Windsor Eaton Canberra a large glass of Merlot) for is outstanding value. I'll keep coming back, especially if I have a fistful of CAMRA vouchers!

Working in area again popped in on Saturday to see how things are after last visit. Door staff arrived by asked to complete track trace and satanise hands, walked to table, I believe new member of staff arrived smartly dressed wiped our table...and menu cheerfully without asking ordered beer and food which turned up promptly then asked by same guy if food was ok. A much better experience all round hopefully will continue

Visited as in area fairly busy went to the Bar served by a young lad with long hair who had no personality or training it appeared as to what real ales were available,or where they were. Found a table young lad came to wipe without...being asked think someone said was Turkish completely different to the Bar Experience he was chatty and professional with a smile, certainly improved my impression of the Pub. Whilst difficult in these times there is a greater choice of people to interview not difficult to pick a smart ,smiling individual who represents your Business,rather than someone who just ticks the box. Decided to venture out to see what life was like in the local Pub, faced with two door staff who were only advising people to disinfect hands by dispenser by door this was empty, no request to complete any track trace forms..Went to the...Bar bought drinks then found a table had not been wiped or cleaned then noticed smoking area was pretty full of people no social distancing. Long queues formed by the Bar which snaked past people’s tables all very uncomfortable. Whilst the drinks were good value it appeared any concept of extra staff ensuring surfaces were cleaned or numbers of individuals occupying tables did not appear to be enforced, come on Spoons yon need to sometimes forget about prof...

Well what can I say!! Started out as a really nice evening hubby’s birthday and out with daughter too. Had a few drinks and some lovely food. Played on a fruit machine the of us for a little while. Then Iin came the door...staff!! Wow a lady not particularly tall was very aggressive and told us to get off the machine in a very aggressive manor. Please bear in mind we all live in the same household and can sit at a table together. Wednesday November and we were staying the night in the Travelodge just down the road from here. Having been a walk around the town to see what was on offer, we stopped here for a drink before going out for dinner. It was a...vast sprawling modern pub, which was clean and well maintained. We sat at a table near the bar and went to order our drinks. The young guy who served me was polite, friendly and efficient. Was totally surprised that our two drinks came to A pint of Ruddles Ale was part of a November promotion and was for a pint, ludicrous good value.
