"on Friday, the 4th march, I went to the clock tower for a drink and realized that I would leave my phone charger at work. that was a real problem because my dad was bad and in the sick house, the lady named Veronica behind the bar tried her own charger unfortunately. that didn't fit my phone, so veronica asked the manager john - who kindly gave me his charger. Veronica's customer service was excellent and I was so welcome. After I went in for a drink, I stayed for 4 drinks. the customer service I received was excellent. many thanks to Veronica and john . I am happy to see them soon."

The menu has had a bit of a revamp and the food was delicious. The wings were absolutely incredible and the service was efficient and friendly. We will definitely go back.

I had a nice 8oz rump steak that was perfectly cooked by our new cook stewart. I wish I had made a picture to show that it looked as wonderful as it tasted. a big fat five stars from me

I went to the clocktower for lunch and the menu was good. the service was excellent, our polite and very helpful server was bengy. eating was very good and we were asked if we were ready for the next cure to allow us...some time between a beautiful atmosphere in a beautiful environment, no musical radiance, so very quiet bengy was very helpful during our visit will soon come back

Being in our 60’s we went for the ‘Senior’s Deal’ at ‘The Clocky’ yesterday which we washed down with a nice bottle of Merlot. Good quality food which was great value for money. We were served by Benji who was excellent. There was a lovely...‘pub’ atmosphere. I enjoyed it so much I went back in the evening to watch the Liverpool game. This time I drank the IPA which was a top-quality pint. My conclusion is that we just don’t use this pub enough…
